Quotes and scope
Quotes are based on the pages, features, content and services agreed before work begins. Additional work may require a revised quote.
Payments
The payment schedule, deposit and final balance should be stated in each project agreement. A website should not be launched or transferred before the agreed final payment is received.
Client content
Clients are responsible for providing accurate text, images, logos and other requested materials unless content creation is included in the quote.
Revisions
The number of included revision rounds should be agreed before work begins. Additional revisions may be charged separately.
Domains and hosting
Where first-year domain and hosting are included, future renewal prices depend on the provider's current rates. Renewal arrangements should be confirmed before the renewal date.
Ownership
Ownership and usage rights for the completed website should transfer according to the written project agreement after full payment.
Portfolio use
Completed work may be displayed in the Wild Ember Digital portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party services
Wild Ember Digital is not responsible for outages, price changes or policy changes affecting third-party domain, hosting, email, booking or form services.
